Delivery
Domestic Shipping
Free UK shipping on orders over £50.
Flat rate shipping for orders under £50 is £3.50.
I usually dispatch orders within a day or two and use the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. If you need something urgently, please drop me a message at hello@kieronredmond.co.uk, and I’ll see what I can do.
International Shipping
Shipping costs are available at checkout, and will vary depending on your country.
Delivery outside the UK may be subject to local import taxes and/or customs charges, which are your responsibility where they apply.
Packaging
A5, A4 and A3 prints come packaged with strong recycled reinforced backing card and covered in a protective sleeve. Depending on the size of the print and the order, I may use a sturdy envelope or a cardboard box.
A2 Prints come rolled, wrapped in acid-free paper and placed in a strong cardboard tube.
Returns
Returns within 14 days
If you have changed your mind and would like to return your item, I’m happy to accept returns. Please email hello@kieronredmond.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. I will reply with a return authorisation number and the return address. I will arrange a refund upon receipt.
Items must be returned in the same condition that you received it, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. I recommend using a tracked and insured service.
A2 prints are custom-made to order, so unfortunately these cannot be returned unless there is a problem with the order.
Damaged and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me as soon as possible at hello@kieronredmond.co.uk if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
I cannot accept returns on custom or made-to-order items (such as A2 prints).
Exchanges
The fast and easy way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item. If you’re in Glasgow, we may be able to arrange a swap in person. Please email me to enquire: hello@kieronredmond.co.uk
Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received your return. You’ll be refunded to your original payment method, but it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
